Malt
Malt is a germinated cereal, used mainly in the manufacture of beer. Barley is particularly suitable for malting and for the needs of brewers.
Hops
Contain organic compounds called alpha acids and essential oils that are responsible for the bitterness and aroma of beer.
Yeast
Transforms sugars in the wort into alcohol and carbon dioxide. It transforms a non-alcoholic sweet liquid (wort) into an alcoholic liquid (beer).

Our innovation
a highly technological, high-performance tool
We needed to have an approved technology so that we could obtain a high-quality beer at maximum efficiency.
- Therefore, we installed an excellent high-quality automatic valve technology throughout our various lines.
- A system with sanitary and sterile modular components that can provide superior results at every point and every stage of the process.
- Innovative pumps with low NSPH for safety in fluid transport. The safety, separation and locking of different lines in fluid transport is a reliable advantage for our systems.
- Our automated process is combined with options for manual intervention should the need arise.
The challenge here was to combine flexible brewing processes with the very limited space available to us. We needed a concept with a compact layout for all stages of the brewing process.
